  • Each booking slot can accommodate no more than two adults 
  • Unaccompanied children (under 18) cannot be served.
  • Family groups may consist of no more than two adults and two children. 
  • A refundable deposit of £49.99 - £99.99 is required for all adults  as well as for any children who would like make-up and hair styling. Unless used towards the purchase of photographs, this will be refunded in the form in which it is paid within two weeks of the session, provided the client arrives at the appointed time and completes the sessions, including make-up, photography and viewing. 
  • Clients may reschedule their appointment provided 7 days notice is received, by phoning 0203 0775780 Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. 
  • If a client arrives late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and the deposit cannot be refunded. 
  • The session is complimentary for those who have been selected in one of our promotions; otherwise the cost is £150 per person and can be arranged by phoning 0203 0775771 Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. 
  • Appointments are available 7 days a week. All dates and times are subject to availability. Weekend appointments may require up to 4 weeks notice

  • All promotional sessions are valid for 3 months from the time of booking 
  • Admin fees may be applicable for services requested but not usually provided 
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change.
