Just  wanted to drop you a quick line to say a huge "thank you" to all  the  staff we met at Sapphire Studios for our brilliant day out on  Wednesday  last week.
     
Not knowing what to expect on a  day out to a professional organisation  such as yours, my sister,  mother and I arrived to a warm welcome by  everyone we came into  contact with.  From your cheerful receptionist,  to the stylists, the  fantastic photographer (who we will recommend to  anyone we can having  put us at our ease!), and not forgetting your kind  sales man, we were  treated like "A" list customers.
     
I can honestly say that  the day was so memorable that it will be with  us for the rest of our  lives and the images captured in your  photographs will be treasured by  us forever.  My boyfriend,  brother-in-law and even my father were  stunned by the photos and all  were impressed.
     
Please pass our thanks to all we met last week.

I recently took my 4yr old daughter to Sapphire Studios for a day's professional family portrait shoot.

The first thing that struck me was how professional everything and everybody was and most of all, how well they looked after my little girl.

I work in the family eatertainment industry and know how difficult it is to get everything right in this area of business but I am delighted to say that Sapphire Studios have this downpath.

The hair, the make-up, the setting, the staff, everything was so professional, my daughter Natalia just loved it and was made to feel so important by everybody that it was a joy to witness.

I couldn’t recommend Sapphire Studios any higher; they are wonderful in what they do.

I just wanted to say thankyou for yesterday - makeovers and photos are not something I have ever experienced before - but with Debra's makeup and the rest of your teams patience and efforts - I actually found the final photos bearable to look at - it is my 50th birthday in September and I feel the images you created reflect a graceful side to my half century, thanks for a lovely time,

"Yes,   because we always wanted to have a photo-shoot and it was really nice   having pictures as a couple. We had loads of fun and had a laugh  during  the shoot with our photographer ( Nick) who was great!
All in all a really enjoyable day out and we will be back in the future."

Gemma   I would first of all like to say a big thank you to Sharon, the lady who welcomed us and made sure we were having a good time. Sharon is a lovely lady and very enthusiastic about what she does, which immediately put us at ease and made us smile, and Andy, the photographer for making my friends and I feel very relaxed and glamourous throughout the whole shoot. We all had a great laugh and a good rapport was built from the beginning of the session and we all had alot of fun.

The hair and make up was wonderful also, and I can not say enough, how much of a great time we had, and the photos were amazing.
