If I have been offered complimentary vouchers, why do I have to pay?

The reason for the refundable booking fee is to guarantee your attendance since we hire in staff according to the number of clients expected each day.

Will I get my deposit back on the day?

Your deposit will be refunded to you within 2 weeks following your attendance at the studio  on the same card with which it was paid.

Can I change my appointment?

We will be pleased to reschedule your appointment, providing 7 days notice has been given.

Can I have an appointment on a Saturday or Sunday?

We do sessions 7 days a week. However, weekend appointments book up months in advance so when booking an appointment, please ask the promotions manager when the next  weekend slot is available.

What age ranges does Sapphire Studios cater for?

Clients must be over 18 years of age. Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult.. Proof of age may be requested.

Can I bring my family?

Sapphire Studios is happy to have family shoots, please contact us on bookings@sapphirestudios.co.uk to check your booking is available to upgrade to a family shoot. A family shoot will include up to 2 adults and 2 children.

What will happen when I arrive?

You will be greeted by one of our friendly reception staff and offered a drink  while you await your consultation.

Will you wash, cut or colour my hair?

No,  we will not wash, cut or colour your hair but will style it for you. We ask you to come with your hair clean and free of any styling products. We use straightening irons and curling tongs.

What if I am allergic to some make-up products?

If this is the case, please bring your own make-up and we will be happy to use it.

What if I haven't received my invitation?

If you have recently booked with us and you did not receive your invitation, please contact us on bookings@sapphirestudios.co.uk and one of our customer service representatives will send one out as soon as possible.

Can I try a few different looks in my photo shoot?

Please bring with you 3-5 outfit changes so you can try a few different looks. We suggest something casual and maybe something more formal. The most important thing is that you are comfortable - after all this is your day.

What if I don't like getting my photos taken?

Don't worry, all of our team will make you feel relaxed and comfortable and you will be surprised at how it easy it really is. Our professional photographers will guide you through each pose

How much are the photos?

The  prices for photos start at £46. A unique package will be designed for you on the day of your appointment according to your needs and budget.


Do I have to purchase photographs?

No. You will be under no obligation to do so. You will have a chance to view your photographs in a private viewing room. If you decide not to purchase any of the photographs the booking fee will be refunded as described above. If you do make a purchase, the booking fee may be used towards the purchase.

How long will it take for my photos to arrive?

if you purchase a CD this can be taken with you on the day. Prints and other packages will be delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks in most cases. If you have any questions regarding your order  please email us at info@sapphirestudios.co.uk

Do you have disabled access?

We have limited disabled access; please contact us to discuss your special requirements.

Do you have car parking facilities?

Sapphire Studios does not have any car parking facilities. There is limited street parking in the area and an NCP car park on Cowcross Street. For opening times and tariffs please log onto their web site www.ncp.co.uk

Can you guarantee that I will only be attended to and seen by female staff if I request this in advance?

We cannot guarantee this. We can usually arrange for you to be attended to by female staff but the make-up room is open plan and there may well be male staff or clients present at the same time.
