Each booking slot can accommodate no more than two adults, at least one of whom should ideally be over 18 years of age.
Family groups may consist of no more than two adults and two children.
A refundable deposit of £49.99 - £99.99 is required for each person at the time of booking. Unless used towards the purchase of photographs, this will be refunded in the form in which it is paid within two weeks of the session, provided the client arrives at the appointed time.
Clients may reschedule their appointment provided 7 days notice is received, by phoning 0208 9623500
If a client arrives late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and the deposit cannot be refunded.
The session is complimentary if you have been selected in one of our promotions; otherwise the cost is £150 per person and can be arranged by phoning 0208 9623509 Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
