Top make up artist Sam Newham has been in the industry for nine years.
Sam began her career working in the theatre, doing theatrical make up for
various shows, including the Russian Ballet, Fiddler on the Roof and various
pantomimes.
Sam collaborated with Clothes Show Live and Cosmopolitan magazine to organise
and demonstrate make overs, both off and on the catwalk.
Sam was then recruited to train and recruit other make up artists at
‘Olan Mills’, where she was awarded ‘Best Make up artist of
the year 2000.’
Based now at Sapphire Studios, Sam styles and consults up to twenty clients per day,
talking through tips and techniques while she applies their make up.
